Chaste Tree Berry can also be used to inhibit the sex hormones of stallions if their behaviour is thought to be dangerous or causing them a loss in condition.

It is useful on its own or combined with other hormonal balancing or calming herbs. Chaste Tree Berry is also used to alleviate the symptoms of horses suffering Cushing's disease.

Chaste Tree Berry is sometimes used, with caution, during pregnancy, but only in its early stages. Try starting your mare off on Apple Cider Vinegar then continuing on with a blend of dried herbs such as chaste tree berry and chamomile for hormonal balance and calming effect.
