Mode of action
Because of the soft pliable nature of the material, the birds experience feelings of insecurity and discomfort, as a result will not settle on areas treated with this product.
Preparation
Remove all contamination i.e. dirt, rust, bird droppings from surfaces to be treated. On porous surfaces a sealer such as “Scarecrow Protecta Coat” should be applied before using this product.
Maintenance
Inspect protective strips at 6 monthly intervals. Remove or replace any of the products that has been damaged or flattened.
Removal
To remove this product scrape excess away and wash with kerosene.

Do NOT apply to areas used for the preparation, storage or handling of foodstuffs.
Do NOT contaminate ponds, waterways or drains with the chemical or used containers.
Do NOT apply where protected or non-target bird species may become entrapped.

Store in the closed, original container in a cool dry, place out of reach of children.
DO NOT store in direct sunlight. Dispose of empty container by wrapping in paper, placing in plastic bag and putting in the
garbage.
Do NOT burn empty containers or product.

250g per 4 - 5 lineal metres.

Comments
Apply using a caulking applicator in strips 5 - 8mm thick in a worm-like path. With wider surfaces it may be necessary to repeat at 20mm intervals. Leave 1cm
gaps at intervals to allow water run-off.
