Whites Rural Chain Strainers are a proven design with hard wearing features, built tough to last.

The smooth-grip jaws hold all common sizes of fence wire while minimising wire damage. The claws and grips are heat treated steel grade S.G cast iron to ensure long life.

The rugged steel handles are gold passivated for superior protection. Also includes a gold passivated standard tested chain with swivel and heavy duty rivets.

Handy Hints:

• Fine tuning wire tension
  Where half link adjustments are called for,let off the tension,open the grab,rotate the link 90°and allow the claw to grab the next link
• Removing the strainer
  Release the strainer by initially tightening the wire and removing the claw that is further up the chain.
  Use the fingers and thumb guide to the claw. Support the chainwith the palm of one hand placed behind the claw to ensure the chain does not twist. Hold the handle firmly through­ out the action.
• Maintenance
  Oil all joints regularly to ensure a long service life from your Whties Rural Chain Strainer
